KOSAS Travel & Tours Sdn. Bhd., established under the Companies Act 2016, is a licensed travel and tour operator (KPK/LN 5394) approved by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia (MOTAC). The company offers a wide range of services including inbound and outbound tour operations, ticketing, and Umrah & Ziarah packages.
Originally founded as Prenisbumi Holidays Sdn. Bhd. in 2006, the company was rebranded as RNS Holidays in 2008. It was later acquired by Koperasi Serbaguna Anak-Anak Selangor Berhad (KOSAS) and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of KOSAS Berhad after corporate restructuring. A capital injection of RM1.5 million strengthened its operations, and in 2018, it was rebranded as KOSAS Travel & Tours Sdn. Bhd. It has also been recognized as a Bumiputera Status Company by the Ministry of Finance since 2017.
Currently based in Plaza Kelana Jaya, Selangor, the company is led by experienced professionals and supported by a network of local and international partners. KOSAS Travel & Tours provides comprehensive travel solutions including Umrah, domestic and international packages, air ticketing, hotel reservations, transportation, visa and insurance services, and government travel bookings via the e-Perolehan system.
In alignment with sustainable tourism goals advocated by UNWTO, KOSAS also offers value-added services such as teambuilding programs, agro tourism, eco tourism, event management, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions) packages.
